So, to take a little break from pokemon i drew this young fella.
He's a tengu (as you can see in the title), a japanese demon-creature that can take form of a human, human with wings and bird legs and a crow. He's a char in mine and my friend's japanese story.
here's a little poem that translates the writing on the pic: ~ Mostly a mask,
What appears to be a bird-crow, also bears a human form hidden within,
Tricky to the eye, snatcher of the soul,
Beware of the bird-crow man with claws and wings of the night,
Tengu with black-soul eyes, snatcher of the soul. ~
well actually i started drawing when i was 3 ^^ it was all jibberish than but i think i haven't improved as much as i should've since than... but now that i'm going to and art college hopefully that will change woot woot, so happy ^^
well if you get down to it , drawing is simply lines , but we dont define them, they define themselves through us ^-^' . but thats pretty cool ive only been seriously drawing for 2 years now . i cant take art classes XD im sort of against them in the way that i cant learn anything unless i do it myself and just go by trial and error
hehehe i had the same opinion, but seriously, if you have talent, you better use it, and drawing lessons can help you improve alot, cuz you get the knowledge how to better and easier get what's on your mind onto the paper. really, take my advice, you won't regret it
